Our team will get back to you as soon as possible. We will discuss the exact planning of the shuttle with you. The booking will then be made by telephone based on the details discussed. We will contact you again shortly before your wedding date if you wish.
How many vehicles can be booked at the same time?

Every wedding is very individual. We will therefore discuss the exact number of vehicles with you, as our fleet consists of different models.
Until when can the wedding shuttle be booked?

We need your booking at least ten working days in advance. This allows us to plan your barrier-free wedding shuttle optimally.
How much does the wedding shuttle cost?

Your wedding is as individual as you are. That’s why we have deliberately decided against a flat rate in order to offer you the best deal! The prices depend on the number of passengers, frequency of trips, distance traveled, etc. We do not want to charge you extra for services that you do not use.
How is billing carried out?

Payment is usually made in cash at the start of the journey.
What do passengers need to look out for?

We ask guests to be ready punctually at the agreed time. This guarantees a smooth process. Payment for the service is made on boarding. Please have the cash amount ready.
Can vehicles be booked spontaneously?

Can the wedding shuttle be canceled?

You can cancel your wedding shuttle free of charge at the latest one working day before your event. Travel costs are only incurred if the vehicles ordered are already on their way to the agreed pick-up location.
Is only a one-way trip possible (arrival or departure)?

We offer individual solutions for you in our scope of services. Different variants can therefore be booked. You can book both the arrival and departure as a package as well as each trip individually – for example from/to the place of residence, hotel, church, location of the free wedding ceremony, registry office, agape or party location.
